A natural site on 20 hectares without equivalent in the immediate vicinity of Saint-Tropez with sight on the Gulf.
Centenary parasol pines majestically surround the main house: a bastide of 200 sqm built in 1951 in stone of Esterel with dual-aspect rooms opening North side on the sea and South side on the forest.
At about 30 meters from it, you will find an open shelter of about 55 sqm. From the terrace of the bastide, you can take advantage of a broad panorama on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Near the rows of olive trees below, there is also a small house: a “hut” of 64 sqm which has the characteristic charm of local architecture.
The olive grove, the only plantation in the middle of this natural site, adds to the charm of this shed which, like the main villa, is likely to accommodate various amenities (extension, pool, pool house).
